What is an Home Inspection?
It is a comprehensive non-destructive visual examination of your prospective new
home and its major operating systems.
It is carried out for the purpose of providing an unbiased assessment of the
observable components and operating systems in the home so that you, the
home buyer, can conclude the purchase with the best possible understanding of
the current condition and future needs of the home.

Our inspections take approx 2-3 hrs. We carefully walk through the major systems of
the house and explain the house and it's systems to you. Our report, which is
prepared on-site, at no additional charge, will provide additional information as well
as any deficiencies, health and safety issues, if any. We also go over the written
report with you to make sure you fully understand what it means.
We require a mandatory "Home Inspection Agreement" to be signed and dated prior
to the actual inspection, you may download it here and review it prior to the
inspection. Another copy will be presented to you prior to the inspection. If for any
reason you have any questions regarding this agreement please contact us
immediately. The inspection WILL NOT be conducted without this agreement being
signed by the client at the time of the inspection.
