All inspections meet the "Standards of Practice" which is set out by the OAHI. We also follow the "Code of
Ethics" to the letter. Our commitment is to you the client.

Our inspections take approx 2-3 hrs. We carefully walk through the major systems of the house and
explain the house and it's systems to you. Our report, which is emailed directly to you, will provide
additional information as well as any deficiencies, health and safety issues, if any. We are also available to
answer any questions you may have regarding the inspection and or report.

We require a mandatory "Home Inspection Agreement" to be signed and dated prior to the
actual inspection, you may download it here and review it prior to the inspection. Another copy
will be presented to you prior to the inspection. If for any reason you have any questions
regarding this agreement please contact us immediately. The inspection CAN NOT be
conducted without this agreement being signed by the client at the time of the inspection
